Project Cars 3 is a Slightly Mad Studios game that is not available for Linux. Fortunately it’s working incredibly well on this operating system via Wine or Proton, thanks to the great developers of this projects.

For this game you’ll need only Wine/Proton and DXVK. If you don’t know how to use DXVK, refer to our tutorial.

If the game freezes a lot, stop the .exe from going to Internet. Either use firejail, a firewall or stop your internet connection at all.

You can also use ESync for a FPS boost.
